Do Korean lawyers specialize in any particular area of Korean law?

specialized international law firm in Korea

Do Korean lawyers specialize in any particular area of Korean law?

Yes, Korean lawyers generally have a specialty so make sure you get the right type of lawyer for your particular situation. This is an important decision, especially if your legal matter in Korea involves Korean tax laws or Korean immigration laws. An international Korean law firm will most likely have specialists in many areas of Korean law that a non-Korean client would want help with.

Don’t go for a jack-of-all-trades because if you’re going to put a nail into a wall its best to use a hammer. In other words, get the attorney that suits your purpose.

So yes, Korean attorneys do specialize and it’s a good idea to get one that does.
